Jeneba Young (pronounced jeh-neh-ba) is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist under the supervision of Denise Williams LMFT #92559. She is a member of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT). Jeneba holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She believes we all should have a gentle jolt to increase positive self-talk inspire self-love and promote growth in our relationships. After completing her masters, Jeneba embraced the belief, the way we treat others reflects how we treat and feel about ourselves. She draws from narrative therapy, client-centered approach, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
As a therapist, I have spent my counseling years working with individuals, children, families, and couples. I have experience working with children in a school setting utilizing play therapy. I have also worked with individuals and families through difficult times and transitioning from homelessness. I believe in supporting and encouraging my clients to achieve their individual goals. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families to identify healthy coping skills to assist in making and maintaining the positive changes for themselves. I am passionate about providing quality care and nurturing relationships to build better and healthier individuals.
Rebecca Tesfai is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Los Angeles, CA. She currently serves as an Assistant Director for a homeless services organization in Los Angeles. Rebecca has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Mount Saint Mary’s University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Cal State Los Angeles. Rebecca believes that there is no "one-size-fits all" approach to mental health treatment, and is committed to providing client-centered and collaborative care, while meeting her clients wherever they may be at in their life's journey.
