Dr. Tabitha Taylor

Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT #124698

Hi Dr. Tabitha, here! Do you feel sad, tired, and anxious often? Are you giving yourself grace and embracing your spiritual beliefs to live your best life. Just know that you are not alone. Healing mentally, emotionally, and spiritually is the first step. Living and healing from the inside out is a journey of healing from old wounds. It’s a choice and takes practice.

Living your best self unashamedly and radically can prompt the following questions. Are you tired of living each day on an emotional roller coaster, not knowing how you'll feel from one moment to the next? Do you wonder if you’re living your best Christian and/or spiritual life. Has life become so stressful that you wonder how you'll make it to the next day? These are just some of the questions that black women ask due to the Strong Black Woman Syndrome.

My specialization includes working with women of color, specifically African American women, individuals who have experienced church hurt, and how to move forward to acquiring a healthy sense of self. Helping black women, women of color and men heal from projected stereotypes is a passion of mine. I’m committed to help individuals feel inspired to pursue their passions and goals, knowing that they have been blessed with the talent and potential to succeed. Educating women and men to effectively manage life struggles by focusing on providing healthy coping methods to achieve balance in managing emotions through communication, understanding and flexibility.
