My Name is Jeneba (pronounced jeh-neh-ba) I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. After a 9-year career as a professional Track and Field athlete I decided to pursue my passion as a therapist. Working with me would feel like two individuals having a conversation. You can count on me to be a therapist with friendly perspective. I truly believe developing a safe environment, where you can authentically share thoughts without feeling judged, and I can assist with being the best version of yourself. We will explore communication difficulties, emotional wounds from family members, and struggles with self-esteem.



I am passionate about working with and empowering millennial African-America single women and first-generation Americans. I cater to women struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions and more. Additionally, I adore working with couples who need assistance with premarital counseling. Awakening the natural feminine strength and providing a space for women to embrace their inner truths unapologetically is my goal. A core belief of mine is the way you treat others is a reflection of how you treat yourself, so let’s start being kind and loving to ourselves.
